Puma 3 Vinyl Cutter & Windows 7

Hi All, can anybody out there help with an issue I'm having with a GCC Puma III vinyl cutter. I have installed the drivers for this device which appeared to go smoothly. However, I am still unable to print to it. The OS is windows 7 and the driver is not digitally signed but install without issue. No errors occur when printing and there is nothing stuck in the queue but the cutter doesn't seem to be receiving data. The program I'm using to output to the cutter is Techsoft 2D Design. Any ideas?

Bump, has anyone got a driver disk for this make of plotter/cutter?

The downloads are not working, off to hunt for others.
