FabIT Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 I am trying to disable the document server service on few printers at work. They are Ricoh printers. Anyone knows how to disable this feature?

FabIT Posted June 26, 2012 Author Posted June 26, 2012 Yes Micheal, I have its web interface by its static IP but there isn't a way to disable. You can only set a password to each the stored documents. Setting up individual password for over 2000 files, it is pain.
Michael Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 From memory, if you look at User ID Management, you can allow/disallow features per User ID, including the Document server.
