RemoteApp, RDWeb and Certificates Setup

Hello Everyone,

 

We are wanting to deploy RemoteApp and RDWeb to allow staff to access SIMS.net remotely. What is the best way of setting this up?

 

I was thinking that we should have one server hosting RD Web Access and RD Gateway (this will be internet facing). We then have another server that will be the session host server for the RemoteApps.

 

Additionally, where should I install the Certificate Authority? When we were doing a test setup, there was an error launching the RemoteApps because the Certificate Revocation List could be found. How do we solve this issue?

 

Lastly, how can we get Single Sign On (SSO) to work properly because we were finding that when logging into RDWeb we then had to enter our username and password again when launching an initial RemoteApp (after this happens subsequent RemoteApps launch without a password prompt)?
