Right, this is annoying me - within our Exchange 2007 server we have an account which I'm trying to determine what it was - [ see screen shot ]

Can someone point to me a website or how I can workout what this account was ? I'm sure donkeys years ago MS published something which broke down how to get the details but can I find it.....? No.

The best one so far I could find is:

The little question mark implies its a deleted user/group or the server is unable to look up the record from AD.

Its probably a dead account permission.

the sid means the account can not be looked up in AD any longer. This may mean the account has been deleted or was in a trusted domain that is no longer trusted.
