New budget server recommendations

Morning to you all, after being out of touch buying hardware for the last couple of years I'm about to start a new project at one of my schools, it's a very small first school with only 6 staff in three classrooms, they want new desktops to use on the whiteboards. They require a small server running server2008 but the budget is only around £1000 for this ( not much I know) can anyone recommend a bit of hardware at this price. It will be nothing more than a DC, DHCP, DNS and print server for 6 win 7 machines. Any ideas would be great.

For that few clients do you need ad etc.... Might be better off with a nas that can do dhcp/dns etc...

Or why not a couple of HP Microsevers, so you've got a little bit of redundancy built in? Couple of HDD in each one, sync files between each so if one dies it all keeps running? I'd have thought it should be ok with such a small load....

(The one @SpuffMonkey posted might be a better option though)
