As said, a lobotomy also helps, unless you're entirely happy to be controlled by a faceless being to whom you can't speak directly, being a mindless pawn to carry out their unflexible and often unworkable demands.

 

Hang on. I suspect Capita may in fact be trying to be God. That would explain a lot...
