chazzy2501 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 loose the kb files (blue, in windir) service pack folder and ie8 updates. delete the KB last as you'll no longer be able to roll back a hotfix with those files gone. + when saving graphics images use PNG not JPG 1
