Outlook 2010 Crashes when accepting Meeting Request

Hi,

 

This issue only happens with one member of staff. When they send a Calendar/Meeting request to anyone and they try to accept/Decline the meeting outlook crashes on the recipients machine.

 

Has anyone seen this before?

 

We also have our own Exchange Server 2010

that's very odd....

 

Out of interest, if the sender uses OWA to send the request (rather than outlook) does the issue still occur?

 

Might point to a plugin or rogue setting if not?
