Printer management

I have a printer. and 30 people who uses the printer now i want to track who takes how many printouts.?

and also I want to restrict the user to specific amount of printouts. here the problem is i cant track by computer id. because any one can use any computer. based on computer it is not possible..

Please any one give me that kind of application that give above features.. free or paid anything is ok

It costs heavy any freeware of this kind. i dont need this much of features to use on around 20 computers

you wont be able to do quota limits with the free version but I think the paid version will

The paid version does yes - the free version literally gives you a list of all the pages printed and not a lot else.

I don't think any free software will allow you to set print quotas

Not for windows I'm afraid, but Pykota, combined with CUPS will do print quotas for free - but the setup is complicated, and it works on Linux. PyKota's Home — PyKota's Home

No, its all config files as far as I know.
