budgester Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 You've done the obvious and checked the permissions ?
bushby Posted April 23, 2012 Author Posted April 23, 2012 hi guys, yep i have checked both and all was correct. so today checked the account on another machine and it was fine, home area connected. and checked on the suspect machine again and fault showed its ugly head so its got me stumped as to what to check next
DrPerceptron Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 Is Z the drive you map your home dir to? Or are you using Folder Redirection as well? Change the path so that it uses the IP rather than the hostname and see if that works? We had similar messages for weeks until we got fed up and re-wrote everything user-related and pinned it down to IP/DNS wierdness (entirely random occurences, not user or machine specific)
