iscsi and hyper v

i have 2 hyper v servers connected to 1 iscsi nas im starting to get ntfs errors on my nas. has anyone else came across this issue and why would i be getting ntfs errors could it be how the data is writing back to nas ?? all i know is that last time we had an issue it got very mess very quick and using programs like get data back ntfs is not good (kicks oneself)

 

and had to do a chkdsk can’t remember the other switch but it worked and we got access to the volume again. but i would like to know how other people have setup their servers / nas or san and i just want to check am i doing this right the end result we are going for a is a fail over server cluster but at the moment is what we have done 2 servers connected over to and iscsi nas or should i using a nfs ?

Are you using Fixed or Dynamicly Expanding disks for your VMs? I have seen this in the past with Dynamic and best solution is to backup everything and convert up to Fixed asap.
