anything server 2003 R2 up. use printer management its the easiest way. other wise scripting the priters is the only other way but that wont work with anything past Win XP. Edited March 15, 2012 by januttall

Yes, but only with scripts.

 

As above 2003 R2, 2008 and 2008 R2 all have built in Print Management.

Ok we have 2k3 sp2 and winXP, so i guess scripts it is!
