where to get a shell to install openvpn in the uk

Ive got some boxes sitting at my house back in scotland but the internet connection on them is just home adsl. Im looking to get a shell on a box in the UK that in can install and run openVPN on it that has a decent internet connection, anything > 5mbs would be fine I reckon.

 

Im not sure if i will have to take out a whole linux VPS hosting package, all I need is a shell to install openVPN and to use it occasionly, cant imagine even using 1gb of data a month.

 

Can anyone point me in the direction of a company that might be able to offer something like this? Woud Carl @ new media offer a service like this does anyone know?

I've currently got a vps with them which I'm more than happy with for that cost.

You can have anything from 1 month to 3 years.

OS is your choice after order, they have installers for Centos, Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu and Archlinux of varying versions.

The VPN connection can be done only mannually in the case of L2TP users, only trough a VPN Client in the case of OpenVPN and in both ways for PPTP VPN.

hmm maybe its coz im on an Aus IP just now.. card is a bank of scotland card but ive not even got as far as card entry yet.
