[ms office - 2007] Excel only printing bold text

My heads PA's PC is only printing the bold text in excel 2007 spreadsheets. She is convinced that she has done something while she was trying to set something up, at least she is honest, but isn't sure what. Anyone else seen this and know how to fix it (before I start uninstalling office, deleting templates, rebuilding the machine etc.).

 

Borders, shading and graphs print OK, it's only text that seems affected, normal, italic and bold-italic doesn't print. All other office applications are OK and the documents print preview OK.

I don't think there is any option like this in excel to print only the bold text, try copy past the data in other workbook or if it doesn't solve the problem, try to copy past it in new excel file. If the problem persists re-install the that's the only option in this case.
