Does anyone have a VSphere setup we could have a look at?

We're interested in moving our current 9 physical servers to a virtualised environment on 2-3 blades. Eventually we also hope to virtualise all of our desktops (bar the Macs).

 

We're looking at VMWare / VSphere as this appears to be the industry standard.

 

Although there are many case studies available on the internet of companies that have reaped the benefits of virtualisation, there are few, if any, case studies from schools. It would be a great help if I could show my boss a school where virtual servers have been deployed successfully and the technologies used.

 

Is there anyone on here, preferably around London, who would be willing to show us their virtual server setup? We would be exceedingly grateful. Thanks.
