stevenlong1985 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 the Zone director will only take you to the website, but you wont be able to download it. Unless you've got a direct support from them, normally this is done from your reseller. where did you buy your kit from

localzuk Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 You can create an account at the Ruckus support site. It's nothing to do with the reseller at all. Ruckus Wireless Support Basically, you create an account and they confirm who you are, then you can download the latest software.
