VMware Backup

Hi

 

We have now got our new backup server for our virtual and physical environment, we are using a mix of veeam and backup exec 2010. I am just in the process of setting it up and was after any suggestions for best performance speed, we have a tl2000 tape library hung of this via sas for archive. The Server has 24tb of raw storage in it and 1 x quad nic and 2 x onboard.
