stanwell Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Hi, We are preparing to move all of our mail boxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. I have noticed that if you click on your name in the top right corner of OWA 2010 you get the option to "Open Other Mailbox", and if you right click your name above your inbox in the left pane you see "Open Other User's Inbox". Is there anyway to hide/remove these options? I know that they do not work unless you give the user access to another mail box, but I would like to hide them anyway. Is this possible? Thanks in advance, Daniel
sukh Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Only one thing I can think of is OWA segmentation and you can hide delegate access, apart from that you will have to start customising OWA which I can't comment on. Set-OwaVirtualDirectory: Exchange 2010 Help
stanwell Posted February 3, 2012 Author Posted February 3, 2012 Thanks for the reply. I disabled delegate access and then reset iis but it didn't remove the options Thanks anyway, Dan
sukh Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Im sure you have to setup a policy too and assign to usres IIRC
