Clickview Exchange Request - Birdsong

Hi All,

We're still having some teething issues with our 24x7 losing signal quality and hence didn't get BBC 1 on Sunday night at a playable quality.

 

If anyone could grab "Birdsong" episode 1 and put it on the clickview exchange I'd really appreciate it:

Think it was 9pm Sunday.

Tried a few times now but keeps erroring on trancoding?

Yeh thats what we were seeing, although I assumed it was because our BBC1 signal strength had dropped to 40%.

Hi all,

 

This thread was pointed out to me on Twitter, I've found a school who have successfully transcoded Birdsong and they will upload it to the Exchange. Hopefully it will have uploaded by the afternoon. Let me know if you're still having issues after this upload is complete.

 

If you think any of the 24-7 issues you might be having aren't signal related please get in touch and I'll be happy to take a look.
