Pass Website Request From TMG To ISA?

Hi,

 

Basically we have one site that is blocked by our LA but we have a bypass for ISA... Hard to explain. As we use the TMG server for the curriculum network this site is blocked by the LA, can TMG pass requests to this site to ISA and deliver the site to the client? Or is that asking to much...
