An ICT Support Specialist is required to work within the new ICT Service Delivery Team.

It will be essential to have experience of first and second line support. Excellent customer services skills are required.

 

You will be working in an environment using the most recently released products from the Microsoft technology stack and VMware virtualised data centres. Previous experience of AD, Backup technologies and ITIL Service Management as well as good knowledge of hardware/software and network installations would be an advantage.

 

The successful applicant is required to travel within the boundaries of Christchurch Borough Council and East Dorset District Council. Due to this travel requirement the post holder must therefore have the ability to travel around the district and borough as needed.

 

There is also a requirement to participate in an out of office hours support rota.

 

The post can also be considered on a job share basis
