Offline Files Conflict

Is there a way that I can get Sync Center to prompt when a user logs in if there is a sync conflict? Currently users can check on the status of syncs and if there are any conflicts by opening sync center manually however it's a little inconvenient having to do this manually all the time, i'd like it to pop up a box so they are fully aware of the conflict and correct it before they even begin working on any files.
