Hello,

I am having the above issue when pupils come to plug in their USB pen drives, the pc automatically restarts. Anyone know how/why this is happening?

I used to get this on my machines, it was only for some users though admin seemed ok, i eventually assigned a permanent drive letter to all usb pen drives and it went away so you could try that?

I had a similar problem, and again, went into Management, and assigned the USB pen drives a permanent drive letter. Tedious process, but it stopped the conflicts with existing drives.

Nooo need for this just deploy USBdlm

I deployed it via GPO and then copied the ini file over witha script.
