NW Phone System Suppliers

Hi All,

 

Not too sure if this is the best forum for this but I couldn't see a better one. Feel free to move it mods if required to a more appropriate place!

 

We are running into problems with our current phone system and are looking for recommendations from anyone on here. We've had a few particularly bad experiences with a couple of companies so I'm looking for recommendations.

 

We currently have an asteriks based phone system with around 40 extensions. We are looking for someone who will help us investigate our issues and look to supply, install and configure a new phone system with the minimal disruption.

We use Avaya systems from ETS Communications at Wakefield, cannot fault them.

I'm currently doing the same thing, the vendors i am looking at are Avaya, Mytel, Splicecom, NEC, Siemens and Voiplicity (hosted offsite).

 

I'm currently in the NEC corner but my boss doesn't agree and doesn't seem to want to listen!!

I quite like the Avaya portfolio of products now it has got the Nortel kit in it so well worth a look.
