Like i said in my PM before it had finished uploading, we have had issues both downloading and uploading to exchange where it basically rips out everything and leaves a single chapter with 0 minutes on it.

 

It plays fine on our ClickView, there is another school in our authority who we help out with recordings who have had the same problem.

 

It might be worth one of us (or both?) calling support about it. I know Joe is off tomorrow but i need to call Danny anyway about something else so i can bring it up then......

 

I can try re-upload it but not sure that would make a difference?

Spoke to Danny at ClickView today, he downloaded the programme and had the same issue as you did @mole.

 

I have re-uploaded as he suggested and called it v2 (for some reason i can't remove from the exchange like you should be able to, it just stays greyed out).

 

He did confirm there is a bug with Lib Server v1.8 with installing .clk files which have been downloaded from Exchange but i think that is commonly known.

 

Anyway, it's uploading again, let me know how it goes.
