LosOjos Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 thank god for 14 month subscriptions! Is exactly what Microsoft are thinking
featured_spectre Posted November 17, 2011 Author Posted November 17, 2011 Nah I like 14 month subscriptions...cost the same as 12 month subscriptions
LosOjos Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Nah I like 14 month subscriptions...cost the same as 12 month subscriptions Fair enough, I didn't know that! Unfortunately I tend to only play online so my achievement points are meagre, doubt I've got enough to get on this program!

JJonas Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 (edited) As an ambassador how often are your services called on? and how are you contacted for help? [PM also sent] Edited November 17, 2011 by JJonas
featured_spectre Posted November 17, 2011 Author Posted November 17, 2011 I am called upon on a daily basis, usually get called upon via XBox Messenger service, takes about 10 mins of my day if that. If I went to the forum side of the ambassador program I would probably spend about 2 hours a day posting and such.
JJonas Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 What would be a typical inquiry you would be expected to help with?
featured_spectre Posted November 17, 2011 Author Posted November 17, 2011 Can be anything from how to get an achievement for a game which I have maxed out, or tips on multiplayer aspects of the games I play, or generic xbox account queries which I send to the accounts team
kevbaz Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 yet your user/gamertag doesnt show on their leaderboard at all.. odd..
featured_spectre Posted November 17, 2011 Author Posted November 17, 2011 you can opt to have it not show...I just set it to show so it should update within a day
featured_spectre Posted November 17, 2011 Author Posted November 17, 2011 Also my ambassador account was re-activated in August when I heard about the new dashboard..after answering 1 question I got on but bare in mind, what I posted above is based on when I put effort into it
featured_spectre Posted November 21, 2011 Author Posted November 21, 2011 nicely nicely! also whilst not officially working for MS, you can have it on your cv
