Funny, I'm on a Link2 connection and SUDDENLY after about 6 months of them telling me they couldn't do it, Google Play started downloading ALL OF A SUDDEN !!!!! Unusual that eh !!??!! This was about 9 months ago. Get them to open port 5228 TCP and UDP. I think the chap I was speaking to was called Richard (i think). He was at Service Birmingham though, not Link2. Give them a hard time, not Link2, u might get somewhere. Ours is Rookery School if they want to cross check the config.
