Clickview Request - Frozen Planet

Could a fellow clickview user please extract Episode 1 of Frozen Planet from Wednesday 26th October, 9:00pm (BBC1), it was also repeated Sunday 30th October, 4:10pm (BBC1) and upload to Exchange please? (Pretty please?)

 

The Aerial on our ClickView247 box failed a couple of weeks ago and the quality of the recordings was all jumpy. We've since got a new aerial installed (have 100% quality on all tuners now) but can't rely on anything we have got in place at the mo.
