gopher_1999 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Hi. Ranger Remote Control is only listing PCs on the same IP range as the PC it is being run from. Checking into it Net View does the same. Any ideas?
Michael Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 I think this is by design with Netsupport School or the rebranded Ranger Remote Control. Is there any reason why you have different ranges on a single group of PCs?
gopher_1999 Posted November 1, 2011 Author Posted November 1, 2011 We use DHCP to assign IP addresses and they aren't tied to rooms. Our IP ranges are supplied and are not contiguous. We have been using RRC for the whole school fine until the new upgrade .
