localzuk Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Steam are running a special offer this weekend it seems, with every GTA game for PC up for grabs for a mere £4.99. Welcome to Steam
localzuk Posted October 22, 2011 Author Posted October 22, 2011 I couldn't resist:D Nor I. £4.99 for all that lot, even though I own GTA IV already.
MK-2 Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 i think i might just have to....also told my dad about this!
Arthur Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 It's a shame you can't gift the GTA games. The only one I don't have already is the "Episodes from Liberty City". For some bizarre reason, it is cheaper to buy the complete GTA pack (£4.99) rather than EfLC on its own (£6.79).
sted Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 any idea on the download size as website dosent say (bit of an odd thing to miss really)
Arthur Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 (edited) GTA 380 MB GTA 2 405 MB GTA III 1,300 MB GTA IV 15,609 MB GTA: SA 5,030 MB GTA: VC 1,575 MB ------------------- 24,299 MB ------------------- Edited October 22, 2011 by Arthur
sted Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 thanks my bb sux took over a day to do a 6gb file might give it a miss
localzuk Posted October 22, 2011 Author Posted October 22, 2011 Also, the Liberty City DLC is another 16GB on top of that.
bladedanny Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Just been on today and it seems they are doing this offer again. Doesn't look long left though. 2011 Pre-Holiday Day 3 - GTA Franchise
3s-gtech Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 I hate Steam sales. My wallet is always empty, and my broadband is slow! Still sorely tempted with the complete pack, and I already own 2, VC, SA and IV.
localzuk Posted November 25, 2011 Author Posted November 25, 2011 I know. I just bought about 10 games!!!
3s-gtech Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Bought it. Couldn't resist. Estimated download time on 1Mb/s broadband = 1.4 million years. Maybe by then my PC will actually play GTA IV without slowdown.
