techie211 Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 (edited) hey ppl, some of my users are getting the "Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded." Also, when I try to logon as Admin via RDP to the server I get the "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system." NOTE: the users having problems are running thin clients and RDP into server. Is it possible the user's having problems have corrupt profiles? What else should I look for? thanks for any help UPDATE: I also noticed in the 'User Profiles' in 'System Properties' on the server there are quite a few 'Account Unknown'..? can those be deleted? -Jr Edited October 18, 2011 by techie211
