hey ppl, some of my users are getting the "Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded." Also, when I try to logon as Admin via RDP to the server I get the "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system."

NOTE: the users having problems are running thin clients and RDP into server.

Is it possible the user's having problems have corrupt profiles? What else should I look for?

thanks for any help

UPDATE: I also noticed in the 'User Profiles' in 'System Properties' on the server there are quite a few 'Account Unknown'..? can those be deleted?
