rocknrollstar Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Hi everyone, I'm interested in what these schools do for IT support. If you have 2minutes to answer a few multiple choice questions, I'd be really greatful. Everyone's responses will be visible, so we can all benefit from everyone's efforts. No personal information required! To access the questions, click here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dEk2aG1odXRwVFlMYkRZeV9GTlc1cXc6MQ&ndplr=1 Thank you.
rocknrollstar Posted October 8, 2011 Author Posted October 8, 2011 Argghhhh... How do I make it so that the responses from this public form can be viewed publicly? Currently you have to login using our google apps domain to see the responses.
SYNACK Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Done, but difficult to put in context due to differences. For one I do several schools each with different setups. The smallest is 450 pupils and the costs and arangments vary, the schools themselves all go from 5-12 years old. One happily runs on 6 hours every two weeks due to the system being well setup and certain staff well trained, another is 6 hours a week and extra time due to a lot of work and training still being needed. Still more are on as needed time. I did my best to get an example in there but it is not indicitave of the full picture. 1

I knew the questionnaire wouldn't cover every situation, so thanks for adding how it works for you.
