seriously though, only thing i can find is an outage on the PSN from 21st september, so not sure if its a knock on from that. perhaps theyve taken it down again for fear of another hack?

@MK-2 - After reading your original reply, that's all that entered my head, you obviously have your thoughts on broadcast :p

@neilmc - To my knowledge, there is currently nothing wrong with PSN as I connected to it last night. What problems are you having?

I've been connecting fine over the past few days. Only problem I've experienced is when loading FIFA it tells me it can't connect to EAS servers to update my info.

So im trying to register, this happens at home and in school, and its been like that since saturday.

It's been like that for months (since June/July I think).

I seem to remember people saying you could change your password using the qriocity account management system. I'm not sure if creating accounts works though.

https://account.qriocity.com/pc/reg/account/create-account!input.action?request_locale=en_GB (if this link doesn't work, just go to Sony Entertainment Network and try the account registration there.

Also there was a firmware update recently which you will need to install before accessing the PSN.
