Laptop Trolley Policy?

Just wondered if anyone had a Policy that specifies what teachers (or support staff) must do with relation to school Laptop Trolleys?

 

We're thinking of getting them to sign up to putting them away properly, checking the laptops for breakage, etc etc - so any thing would be a useful starting point for us.
