Pontop Pike Multiplex Freeview frequencies

With the Rugby world cup in full flow we have been asked if we can setup access to view the games. I looked at the streaming Freeview via VLC from the ANGRY TECHNICIAN blog. But the frequencies listed in the medion support forums only work for the first multiplex for pontop pike. Does anyone know where there is a list of current frequencies?
