Just an excuse to go out and get bladdered really! Money is paid into a fund aimed at improving services for victims of crime. It was introduced in 2004 to “rebalance” the criminal justice system in favour of victims. bossman Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 @tommej: My first boss came from Spalding a man called Keith Preston who I would like to contact again but have no address or even if he is still alive, he was not only my boss but a great friend, after I left the textile industry to pastures new we kept in touch but then he moved again and we lost touch over 30 years ago. He used to tell me of the great flower carnivals in Spalding to which they are quite famous, never been of course.
