Hi

Sad day for me on the 26th August, I will be leaving Education and moving into industry.

I would like to have stayed in Education, i like education, but there are no progression opportunities round here (been 4 nm jobs advertised in a year)plus i need more money now,as we have just had a baby.

So on the 26th i will be packing up any possesions i still have in the office and saying goodbye to education.

I start my new job as a server analyst for a large PLC on the 30th, and i am really looking forward to it now. It will give me huge amounts of experience.

I will still hover around on here!

thanks to everyone who has helped me on the forum

Nick,

A pleasure to work with you as a customer and a friend.

Your school will miss you as will my team and I.

Make sure you stay in touch or I'll have to drop in unannounced and eat your biscuits.

Good Luck mate for the future, new job does sound interesting! :)

also, very good to hear you have been working with the Kim and his team! and some lucky person is going to have that pleasure soon too I am sure! :)

Take Care, and stick around! sounds like your new job could teach you something that people around here could also benefit from (knowledge wise)

James.

Sad day ? You kidding !!?? Give it a month or two and you won't look back. Been out of the sector now for almost 5 months - best decision I have taken in the last 8 years.

Good luck.
