create new year groups in EASYTRACE BACKOFFICE

Hi all does anyone know how to create a new year group in easytrace back office, also does any one know if there is a way of importings sims users to easytrace back office during the summer, i e before they are promoted in sims??

funny that, just asked a similar thing via our IT supplier (1st year support contract) but for CMIS (guess it should be the same)

Not sure it will be as easytrace are sims partners so they should integrate seamlessly although that's not my experience.. Post back if you get any relevant help and I will do likewise.

ok creating the new year groups is easy enough Select 1 student for who you would like to add to the New year Group. Right Click on them and select ‘Edit’

Now ‘overtype’ the current year group with the new value and click ok. That’s it. New year group created. As for the other problem of adding the year six users to easytrace still no joy, i honestly cannot believe it is this difficult and i am seriously thinking of going elsewhere for my printing solution as a result of this can anyone recommend any good alternative providers?
