windows 7 starter question

I am trying to use a program that requires to use of additional pop up windows. When the pop up window opens, I cannot see the entire window. I tried to scroll the mouse over the corners, top, and sides to change the size of the window, but no arrows show. There is no scroll bar or down arrows on the side of the window, so I cannot see the bottom of the window to click the "OKAY" button to apply my changes. There are no "Maximize" or "Minimize" buttons at the top of the window-only a "Close" button. How do I maximize the window to see it entirely?

Are you using a pc or laptop??

It sounds like you are using a netbook with a really low resolution - 1024x600? Can whoever made the program make the dialog boxes a bit smaller?
