Dial up? In what way? The Logon using Dialup networking on the logon screen? Dialup Connections in Network Control Panel? I do not understand.

Only way i can currently think of would be to edit the msgina.dll and just delete the box.

Why do you want to disable this option? are they being thick and not understanding why things aren't working or are they connecting to a phone like for some strange unfathomable reason?

Disable the "Log on using dial-up connection" Check Box

 

During logon Windows allows users to optionally connect to a Windows domain using dial-up networking, this tweak can be used to disable that option. Start/Run/Regedit

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Value Name: RasDisable

Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value), Value Data: (0 = restriction disabled, 1 = restriction enabled).

 

Create a new String value, or modify the existing value, called 'RasDisable' and edit the value according to the settings below. Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.

Nope. It shouldn't be too hard to knock up an .adm template. The setting does not hide the 'Log on using dial-up connection' box, but it does grey it out.

I did knock a template up for this purpose, and it seemed to work - however, its not at the moment - so I shall try, try, try again...
