fleet managment software

I've been searching the net trying to find some software either web based or installed on a server that will interact with our sharepoint for managing a fleet of mini buses. need to be able to book buses for staff members in a calander which would then be able to notify them that the bus is booked. preferable with a one line in the calander per minibus so that you can physically see all mini bus bookings for the whole day or week at once see link below. I've been trying to do this with sharepoint calanders and oultlook but can't get it to look right.
