I am attempting to delete some files/folders from a Windows 2008 File Server that originated from another Windows File Server (on a different Domain) and were copied across using Robocopy.

The bottom line is that the permissions of the files/folders are still as they were from the other domain.

Therefore when I attempt to delete them and/or change permissions I can't, as the Domain Admin has no access.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I used Unlocker 1.9.1 software in the end, although it did state it could not delete the files/folders and prompted to try again after reboot.

But after checking again (with no reboot), the files/folders had been removed.

Initially I could not access any of the security or ownership tabs of the files/folders in question, hence the original request.
