[sims] Assessment - Showing "Late" on Marksheets

I've been asked to try and incorporate attendance data in some marksheets for Form Tutors.

 

Obviously I'm able to include Absence % and such, but I'd really like to be able to count, or at least make a note of, if anyone has had a late mark.

 

Anyone done anything like this?

 

Failing that, can I include this sort of data on additional columns within the register sheets themselves?

Not really, what you would have to do is to run a report to export the data you need to a spreadsheet, take the UPN / admission no. columns with you, then reimport into an aspect you create in AM7 to hold it.

The home page has a number of tools designed to assist form teachers and heads of year/house. Can't remember if it has lates.

Not lates on the homepage, attendance by category, and missing marks for the day.

The report that gives the details would be something like Lesson Absence Report or Periods with Chosen Code which are the built in Lesson Monitor reports.

Some wicked functionality to add to SIMS would be to allow scheduling of those reports in the same way regular reports can be schedule and set to show up on people's homepages.
