[sims] Profiles - space after full stop in comment banks?

Hi All,

 

We are using Profiles for End of Year Reports, I asssumed that after each full stop in the comment bank, it would insert a space before starting the next sentence. I am finding that this is not the case and that the reports are coming out without the space. Am I really going to have to go and put a space after each full stop for every comment bank and year group??

Don't use profiles, but if it seems to work like that then i guess that's the case.

@Sivadam is the profiles user and can tell you best practise - which is probably more than you'll find in the manuals.

How about adding a space to the start of every comment bank? It will mean your reports will begin with a space but it probably wont be noticiable.
