Icon File Types Unknown

Hi Guys,

Woundering if anyone could help me on this

 

See attached Screenshot,

Only recently installed Home Access Plus and configuring as we speak but noticed its not picking up standard icon images for pdf, xlsx etc etc

Any help would be great

Hmm, odd, since HAP+ should use the icons in the icon folder before looking at the registry and finally showing a unknown file icon. Will look into this. Can the server open PPTX files?

Probably not will check tomorrow as its a clean VM, but do you think if i install office and adobe reader on the server it will pick up the icons?

Yep, looks like one of the new features of HAP+ is overrriding the existing feature set.

Same problem here with v6.3 going to do v6.5 tomorrow however was this fixed?

Yes it was, HAP+ uses an XML file in the icons folder, which you can configure. If not present in the xml file, it will use the registry
