I did know there was a 'secondary' market in these contracts, but if this morning's trailer is to be believed, some of these deals are turning a profit of over 50%.

I'll have a listen later but I can't say I'm surprised. I've seen several stories about possible investigations into PFI deals because of the obscene profits but have yet to see anything happen.
