Outlook: Images dont display in signature when replying

This is something thats happening to the deputy head here, he always seems to get strange outlook problems.

 

Hes got a signature with 2 images, his actual signature and the school badge. When he does a new message, it works fine (apart from a activex warning?!) but when he goes to reply or forward, the images dont appear and outlook just seems to take the text but format it as plain text without the font

 

The right signature is selected in Tools for reply and forward, and it works fine on mine...any ideas?

I dont understand how he manages to have so many weird problems
