We had a problem last week with a brand new netbook having its screen damaged. Unfortunately we were not able to tell who damaged it as it was not reported until the end of the day. My question is does anyone have policies for the staff about how netbooks should be given out and how they should be put back again. Also has anyone come across screen protectors for netbooks ?

Thanks

problem is in Key Stage 1 we only have class logins and i think it was damaged moving rather than that last class that logged in (i know the class already) so its possible it was damaged by someone after this class used the laptops

Staff take responsibility until we can find the pupil who done it. Our logs tell us who logged in and on what machine, usually we find out that way, pupils cant deny it then ;)

something tells me the pupil will try.
