I use that a lot especially for Office 2010 it is very handy and get alot of thanks come my way too from people as to be fair they do cover pretty much everything and simply!

If you have software assurance, from the Volume Licensing Site you can download SCROM Office 2003, 2007 & 2010 training. You can also get Windows training.

ahh thats true, but the above allows for staff to learn if you DONT have software assurance
