poor internet service any idea when normal service will resume

Hi Alex,

 

As you are hopefully aware, YHGfL are in the process of moving and upgrading our network. Our engineers are still working on getting the network to be stable and impoving the speed. If you speak to your Local Authority, they are getting several updates a day from our staff and should be able to advise you of what issues are likely to be affecting users in your area, as well as rough estimates as to when we beleive services will be up and running.

 

I think I have spoken to you on the phone before Alex, I beleive you are in Sheffield? If you are a BSF school, please ring Civica, Emma Robinson has been getting updates from us, and if you are a non BSF school, Jeff Crofts is who we have been giving updates to.

 

We hope to have all the issues resolved as soon as possible, thank you for your patience.
